We bring the WHOLE of who we are to our working life and the business we are engaged in. Because of this, we have found that moving through the 9 Wellness Wins (which serve to train key areas of life) is what allows us to expand our results.

Our slant as retired professional athletes is through game-work.

Sarah’s neuro-psychology background allowed her to discover that our normal learning retention of 25% climbs to 75% with experiential-game-learning.

This methodology is for anyone who has ever been a kid! We all started out pure, playful and full of possibility. Through neuro-targeted games, adults tend to get distracted from putting on their daily protective masks (the virtual kind) and get lost in the experience. There is an opening for: “how I do anything is how I do everything”.

Corporate teams such as Qantas, QAS, BVN & Donavan Hill architects, Decoder, Lifestyle Asset Management, PCS, O’Neills, & Azentro have exclaimed that they begin to have CHOICE in how they operate in business and in life - allowing them to better understand their teams but vitality themselves.
